Check-In Procedures and Wellness Policies

We are so excited to be able to offer our GrowZone Sunday program for kids birth-5th grade and our Student programs.  Our teams have been working hard to enhanced environments and procedures to help make this a safe experience for our kids and students.

GrowZone

GrowZone will only be available at the 11am hour at both campuses. Pre-registration is not required, but if you’re new to White Oak, you can save time and register before you arrive.

New Registrations with the Church Center App ( you only need to do this once if you are new to White Oak).

How to Check In with the Church Center App

Downloading the Church Center app in the Google Play or Apple stores will allow you to have a touchless check-in at one of our self-serve kiosks.

If you are serving on the GrowZone Team, you are also able to use the Church Center app to check-in from anywhere.

Students

1st Sundays

The Gathering – All students (MS & HS) gather together at their campus communities from 6-8pm.

2nd-5th Sundays

Middle School
Sunday mornings at 11am, middle school students meet at their campus for games, groups, competitions, and Bible study. Middle School students get to watch or hear teaching and then break into smaller groups to discuss what it means for their lives.

High School
Sundays nights at 6pm, or at their stated time, high school students meet with their Small Groups. Groups are separated by gender and all groups are in the same series. All of our groups include times for talking about life, questions and prayer. We open our Bibles to discover and live the full life Jesus offers. Groups meet at their campus or in homes.
