IMPACT West Africa

The Brane family would like to thank you for your continued financial support of God’s work in West Africa. Devoted supporters like YOU partnering with us brings the gospel here! The continued commitment of donations and monthly pledges help tremendously in planning our budget as we strive to make His Name known here in West Africa.

There are two ways that you can make a financial contribution to the ministry of Tom and Suja Brane (IMPACT West Africa):

#1 Online Giving

Here is a convenient option through this safe and secure online link.  This method of giving is convenient when using your checking or savings account.  If you choose to use the debit card option, an additional 2% bank processing fee will be deducted from contributions received by IMPACT.

#2 Giving Through Checks

Checks need to be made payable to: White Oak Christian Church and memo line MUST read: IMPACT West Africa.

  • Please do NOT make checks payable to IMPACT as we are unable to cash them.  Also please do NOT specify individuals on the memo line.
  • Mail all checks to: IMPACT West Africa, White Oak Christian Church, 3675 Blue Rock Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45247
  • If you do not have our IMPACT envelopes yet, please mark the outside of the envelopes with IMPACT West Africa. You can contact Shari Lane at White Oak Christian Church at 513-385-0425 or to request our IMPACT envelopes.

We appreciate Every. Single. Gift.   Truly, we cannot say thank you enough for partnering with us to teach, train, and disciple the people of West Africa and empower them to be transformed spiritually and physically!!

How are your gifts managed?

IMPACT West Africa is under the direction of White Oak Christian Church as our (Tom and Suja’s) sending agency. This means White Oak Christian Church manages all the logistical and financial aspects of IMPACT’s ministry. The budget is created with members of the IMPACT team and approved by the eldership of White Oak Christian Church.  We are thankful for White Oak Christian Church’s financial accountability and administrative support. White Oak does not charge any administrative fees so funds you give can be maximized for the work in West Africa. All of your gifts to IMPACT qualify as charitable contributions applicable to IRS guidelines for income tax purposes.

Acknowledgements & Tax Deductible Receipts

Consistent with IRS requirements, White Oak Christian Church will send your tax-deductible receipt in the form of a statement of giving for your yearly contributions in January.  If you have questions or special needs, please contact Sherri Profitt at 513-385-0425 or email at and we will do  our best to provide what you need.

What are the major advantages of electronic giving?
Electronic giving is all about convenience for you and consistency for IMPACT. It eliminates frequent check writing and helps members stay on track with giving even when they are unable to attend services. The mission at IMPACT benefits from consistent donations and a reduction in the volume of check/cash contributions that must be handled and manually processed each week.

How do I sign up for electronic giving?
Click here to sign up. A secure login enables you to make one-time donations, set up a recurring giving schedule, view personal donation history and print confirmations.

Is electronic giving safe?
It is certainly less risky than writing checks or carrying cash.

What can I use to prove I made a contribution?
If you make donations from the online giving page and entered your email address, you will be emailed a receipt. You can also access your giving history 24/7 by logging into your profile from the online giving page. If you submitted a paper authorization form, your bank statement will show an itemized list of electronic transactions that can be used as proof of your contributions.

How does a donation move from my bank account to the church’s bank account, and when?
For donations from a checking or savings account, money is electronically transferred from your bank account to the church’s bank account on the same day using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. For donations made by credit and debit card, money is electronically deposited into the church’s bank account without delay within 2-4 business days
