White Oak Back Together
Register. Serve. Celebrate.Regathering at Our Physical Campuses

**Pre-registration is no longer required.

White Oak has begun regathering for in-person worship at both of our campuses on Sundays at 9AM and 11AM.

We know not everyone will be comfortable coming back right away so you can still expect to see White Oak Online each week on Facebook, YouTube, and our website on Sundays at 9AM. If you are considered someone who has increased risk for severe illness (older adults and those with underlying medical conditions) we recommend you continue to engage with White Oak through our online services.

Here’s what you can expect:

We know it won’t be the same kind of experience we’re used to, but we’re excited to see you again! We want you to know that caring for our people is one of our top priorities so here are some of the things you can expect this Sunday.

  • Open 15 minutes before services. The building will be opening about 15 minutes before services in order to limit gathering within the building and to give clean teams time to prep before services.
  • Practicing social distancing. Please practice social distancing between families in the parking lot, entering the auditorium, and when you are seating in the auditorium.
  • Masks are required. Due to the state mandate for Hamilton and Butler County, masks will be required for individuals 10 years and older. We will have masks available if you need one.
  • Children’s Ministry at 11am. We want to get our kids together safely. You can read more about our new check-in procedures and wellness policies here.
  • Hand Sanitizer. We’ll have lots of it!
  • Dismissing by rows. After the service is completed you will be dismissed by rows and asked to go directly outside so that clean teams can begin sanitizing the building.

There will be several serving opportunities for Guest Services in the coming weeks as we prepare to for those coming to attend a service. If you would be willing serve on this team, let us know.
