​​Student Ministry Director & Colerain Campus Student Pastor
STUDENT PASTOR: The Student Pastor develops and leads a thriving volunteer team that creates and implements engaging, relational, and effective ministry experiences for 6th-12th graders. This role focuses on executing age-appropriate strategies that align with White Oak’s Student Ministry Formation Outcomes, helping students experience full life in Jesus, discover their identity in Him, be equipped to love others, and be deployed on mission.
STUDENT MINISTRY DIRECTOR: The Student Ministry Director works in collaboration with the Executive Team to develop and cast vision for Student Ministry across all White Oak campuses. This role provides leadership and oversight for student ministry staff, ensuring alignment, accountability, and effectiveness. The director fosters collaboration, drives innovation, and ensures that student ministry remains culturally relevant and mission-focused across all campuses.

Maintenance Coordinator
Full-time. Assists with the upkeep, repair, preventative maintenance systems and oversight of the church building, facilities, parking lot, grounds, and church-owned rental properties and grounds
