Andy Crowl serves in student ministry at White Oak, where he loves building faith in the next generation—and maybe sharing a few stories about bass fishing, Dallas sports, or broken pinky toes along the way.

Christy Redford loves the sense of community at White Oak. Whether baking, coaching the Colerain PreK/K team, or wrangling runaway pigs at Summer Camp, she brings warmth, curiosity, and joy to every role she fills.

Donovan loves helping students discover their identity in Christ. He values the community among the staff and enjoys adventures with his wife Kaylee, cheering on Chelsea FC and FC Cincinnati, and building Legos in his free time.

Jamie Huber loves serving at White Oak alongside others who honor God in all they do. She’s a black belt, beekeeper, fireworks expert—and deeply honored to pray with and for others.

Kat Messerschmidt is passionate about helping kids and families grow in faith. When she’s not serving in ministry, you’ll find her homeschooling her kids, tending to chickens, or exploring a national park—possibly while pondering a conspiracy theory or two.

Paul Stojakovich loves using his God-given talents to serve at White Oak. A fan of golf and grandkids, he’s grateful to be part of a church filled with enthusiasm and unity.

Zac Owens loves creating meaningful worship moments at White Oak and collaborating with teams across both campuses. He’s a songwriter, coffee lover, podcast listener — and yes, once survived a goose attack in the church parking lot.

Chris Emmons is passionate about helping people grow in faith and community. After years in non-ministry work, he’s now living out his calling—serving, connecting, and collecting a few baseball cards along the way.
