Community Serve Day
Saturday, November 21, 8:30am-12pm Meet at the Colerain Senior Center (4300 Springdale Rd 45251) Join us on Saturday, November 21, as we partner with People Working Cooperatively, the Colerain Fire Department, and Side By Side to serve our community. Volunteers will help low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners prepare for winter by completing outdoor seasonal projects. No experience is needed, and all ages and skill levels are welcome. Nate's Toy Box
Nate's Toy Box serves children and families in the Northwest Local School District by providing toys and comfort items for families in need at Christmas, as well as families experiencing crisis situations throughout the year. There are two ways to participate: Donate toys in the collection bins at White Oak leading up to the event. Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Collection
White Oak's Ross Campus is partnering with Operation Christmas Child to collect shoebox gifts for children around the world. Pick up an empty shoebox in the lobby on October 18 or October 25, fill it with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for a child, then return it on October 25 or November 1. Shoeboxes can be packed for: Boys or girls Ages 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14 This year, the Ross Campus goal is 1,000 shoeboxes. Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan's Purse
