White Oak's Ross Campus is partnering with Operation Christmas Child to collect shoebox gifts for children around the world.

Pick up an empty shoebox in the lobby on October 18 or October 25, fill it with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for a child, then return it on October 25 or November 1.

Shoeboxes can be packed for:

Boys or girls
Ages 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14

This year, the Ross Campus goal is 1,000 shoeboxes.

Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan's Purse, distributes shoebox gifts to children in more than 175 countries. Each shoebox is also paired with an opportunity for children to participate in The Greatest Journey, a discipleship program presented in their language.

Instructions will be included with each shoebox, including suggested items and items that should not be packed. Samaritan's Purse also requests a $10 donation per box to help cover shipping, evangelism materials, and project costs.

Before returning your shoebox, take a few moments to pray for the child who will receive it.

Pick up your shoebox in the lobby beginning October 18.
