Jeff Derico

Jeff serves as White Oak’s Executive Pastor, where he thrives on collaborating with others who are passionate about ministry. His role allows him to help lead and support the mission of the church across both campuses, and he finds great joy in seeing the big picture come to life through teamwork and faith.

Family: Jeff has been married to Carrie since 1997, and together they have three kids, currently ages 23, 20, and 15.

Hobbies: He enjoys fishing, hiking, playing sports, and passionately follows THE Ohio State Buckeyes, along with all things Cleveland — the Browns, Guardians, and Cavs.

Fun Fact: Jeff has fallen off a ladder with a chainsaw, fallen through the ice, and once got t-boned by a car full of nuns. Yet despite all of that... he’s still not a cat guy.

Favorite Scripture: Philippians 4:12–13 — “I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation… I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”
