Matthew 11:28–30 (Click to access the full text.)
Jesus invites the weary, the burdened, and the overwhelmed to come to Him. Repentance often begins with letting go and releasing the weight we were never meant to carry.
We carry guilt, fear, control, and expectations that quietly shape our direction. Jesus does not add to our load; He offers rest. Turning toward Him means trusting that His way is lighter, even when it requires surrender.
This is a season to lay things down and to trade our burdens for His grace.
Reflection Question: What burden have you been carrying that Jesus may be inviting you to release?
Practice: Physically open your hands in prayer today as a sign of letting go of the burden you’ve been carrying.
