John 1:38–39 (click to access the full text)
Jesus’ question “What do you want?” still echoes today. It invites us beneath our surface desires to name the deeper longings of our hearts.
We often come to God seeking relief, clarity, or change. Jesus welcomes those desires, but He also invites us to examine them. This is a season of honest reflection, naming what we truly want, and allowing God to reshape those desires.
The good news is that Jesus does not turn us away for asking the wrong questions. He invites us to walk with Him and discover what we truly need.
Reflection Question: If you’re honest, what are you hoping God will do for you during this season?
Prayer: God, help me be honest with You and with myself. Shape my desires as I walk with You. Amen.
Please use Saturday to catch up and further reflect on the devotions from this week. We invite you to join us Sunday morning for in person worship services. You can learn more at www.thewocc.com
