NWLSD Backpack Collection

Help us support students in our community by donating a new backpack for the Northwest Local School District Health & Safety Fair on August 5, 2026.

Every child deserves to start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn. For many families, the cost of school supplies can be a challenge. By donating a new backpack, you can make a tangible difference in the life of a local student and help set them up for success.

How to Participate

  • Purchase a new backpack for any student in grades K–12.

  • Fill it with these suggested supplies:

    • Wide Ruled Spiral Notebooks

    • 2-Pocket Folders

    • Crayola Markers

    • 24-Count Crayola Crayons

    • Colored Pencils

    • Scissors

    • Glue Sticks

    • #2 Pencils

    • Yellow Highlighters

    • Black Dry-Erase Markers

  • Drop off your donation in Colerain Campus the lobby through Sunday, August 2, 2026.

 

The district has requested 500 backpacks, and together we hope to make a significant impact for students throughout Northwest Local School District.

 

Let's come together to equip students with the tools they need for a successful school year. Every backpack makes a difference.
